About ARTXXI
ARTXXI (Artisans of the 21st Century) is a project that celebrates the essence of Italian craftsmanship, honouring the timeless passion and dedication of Italy’s contemporary artisans.
In collaboration with artisans who embody both exceptional craftsmanship and entrepreneurial spirit, our goal is to showcase their unique handmade creations beyond regional borders and foster connections with a wider audience.
Founded by a Hong Kong native with a background in both art and finance, ARTXXI is also her personal vision of bringing the beauty of Italian craftsmanship to her roots in Hong Kong — allowing busy individuals to infuse artisanal charm into their daily lives, enriching both their everyday moments and environments.
As artisans of the 21st century, they are dedicated not only to perfecting traditional techniques but also to engaging with contemporary sensibilities, infusing their work with a modern touch that resonates with today’s world.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to a range of countries. If your location is not included, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping to your location.
International delivery times for ready-to-ship items typically range from 10 to 15 business days. Custom and made-to-order items are crafted and shipped within 3 to 6 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Each made-to-order listing is clearly marked for your information. Please note that occasional delays beyond our control, such as those caused by customs, may occur.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the order amount at checkout. Any such fees must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country and are assessed upon arrival. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
REFUND POLICY
Our pieces are made with great care and dedication by our skilled artisans, who dedicate considerable time and attention to each item. Due to the nature of craftsmanship and attention required for each piece, we are unable to offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any feedback or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and will address your message with the utmost attention and care.
DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL
We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Kindly retain all parts of the item and packaging materials for any necessary follow-up actions. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly.

我們提供國際運送服務，涵蓋多個國家。如果您的地點不在服務範圍內，請與我們聯絡，我們將盡力安排將貨品送達您的地點。
現貨商品的國際配送時間通常為10至15個工作日；訂製或預訂商品的製作和運送時間約為3至6週，具體時間會在商品頁面上標明。請注意，因為海關等不可控因素，偶爾可能會有延誤，敬請見諒。
